In addition to features such as two-factor authentication, disabling file encryption, and alerts when your account is accessed from a new device or app, we continuously work to safeguard your information. We also deploy automated technologies to detect misuse and content that could harm our services, you, or other users.

Once you register a Offline Play account, we retain the information you store on our services for as long as your account remains active or as long as we are providing services to you. If you wish to delete your account, please send an email to nowifigames@outlook.com to request deletion. We will complete the process within 30 days of receiving your request. However:

(1)We will not delete your account information until your identity has been verified;

(2)Deletion from our servers and backup systems may take some additional time;

(3)We may retain certain information if necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our contractual rights.

We access your local media files only with your explicit permission and do not upload or store your photos, videos, or audio files unless you explicitly choose to share or upload them.

How You Can Control and Access Your Information

Once you register a Offline Play account, you can view, modify, download, delete, or share your information directly from your Offline Play account.

Your Rights Under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Regarding “Retained Personal Data”) Under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, you have the right to control your retained personal data and how it is collected, used, and shared. For example, you may:

(1)Request disclosure of retained personal data that can identify you.

(2)Request correction, addition, or deletion of retained personal data if the information is inaccurate or not based on fact.

(3)Request deletion or suspension of use of retained personal data if it was obtained illegally or is being used unlawfully.

(4)Request the cessation of provision of retained personal data to third parties if it has been shared in violation of the law.

Changes
